Business shaped the first part of my career. Understanding how people change shaped the next. For more than 25 years, I worked in business, including executive positions as CFO and CHRO. I was familiar with strategy, performance, organisational transformation, leadership and responsibility.
Over time, however, my attention increasingly moved towards another question: What helps a person change in practice, not only understand what should change?
From CFO and CHRO to Executive Coach
My business background remains fundamental. It means I understand the environments my executive clients operate in: their language, pressures and constraints. But I also learned that the intellect represents only one dimension of human intelligence. This led me to explore awareness, perception, embodiment, emotional patterns, intuition and relationship with nature.
I am interested in what works, and in what helps a human being see more clearly.

What I believe
I believe human beings have capacities that conventional education has barely developed. I believe clarity is not created by thinking more about everything. I believe the body participates in intelligence. I believe discernment becomes increasingly important as information becomes abundant. I believe leadership begins with self-leadership. And I believe the Age of AI makes the development of our humanity more important, not less.
